The Honourable John Manley
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Manley is a Senior Counsel with McCarthy Tétrault, a premier Canadian law firm, and is a prominent figure in Canadian and International politics with an extensive career serving in Parliament. Mr. Manley served as Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2000 to January 2002. Following the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, he was named Chairman of a new Cabinet Committee on Public Security and Anti-terrorism. For the role he played following 9/11, he was named TIME Canada Magazine's "Newsmaker of the Year" in December 2001. In 2007, Prime Minister Stephen Harper also appointed Mr. Manley to chair an independent five-person committee to review Canada's mission and future role in Afghanistan...

Mr. Brian Barry currently is the CEO of Destinator Technologies. He has been involved in M&A activities in the high-tech sector for many years. Mr. Luc Filiatreault is the CEO of Nstein Technologies, a Montreal-based company specialized in online content management. He is the former President and CEO of PG Mensys Information Systems, a provider of computerized management solutions for municipalities; a founder of NordTech Aerospace, a now publicly-traded Canadian aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul company; a former President of BellZinc (a subsidiary of Bell Canada); and a co-founder of Informission Group (which grossed over $100 million in sales before being acquired by Quebecor in 2000).
